Russell has seventeen years professional experience in software development and project management. He spent his first ten years in various capacities building and supporting information systems. He has a thorough understanding of the creative design, project management, and operational aspects of software. This has given him a thorough understanding of what can go right (as well as wrong) in software projects.
For the last five years he has focused on the day-to-day running of the company, but also stayed close to the tools by establishing specifications, tendering for projects, and managing teams of developers and engineers on concurrent software development projects. Russell has proven expertise in the provision of quality software solutions for clients in the Energy, Mining/Oil & Gas, and Government sectors.
This experience has given him unique perspective in the software game, and makes him an excellent choice as SystemWise Group’s Chief Executive Officer.

Sean Bailey - Chief Technical Officer |

Sean has over twenty years experience in a professional capacity working in technical management and hands-on development roles; performing full-cycle systems development from initial specification through to design, programming, testing, release and support.
Much of this experience is in transit systems, responsible for finding technical solutions using transit products comprised of a number of specialised bus ticketing and smart-card (RFID) devices, as well as the back-end control software.
His experience with an extremely wide range of development tools, software, hardware platforms, and operating systems, makes him the perfect complement to SystemWise Group, as its Chief Technical Officer. |
